Join us at the library for this class designed for anyone new or returning to yoga. Learn the essential elements of a yoga practice through basic language in a fun and approachable space! This class will focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment and utilizing the breath - featuring instructors from Empower Yoga! Registration is required. Please bring a mat if you can - there will be a limited supply of mats available!
