The SLO Noor Foundation will have their mobile clinic stationed in the Arroyo Grande Library Parking lot for free health care consultations and services from 8:30-3:30.  Appointments are strongly suggested.

A gentle 'mindful mobility' practice with instructor Helen Trevelyan. Water bottle and clothing layers recommended. Attendees of all skill levels are welcome.
