A Showing of Akira Kurosawa’s “Dreams”

This May we celebrate Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month with special showings of 2 films by acclaimed Japanese director Akira Kurosawa. The Second showing is “Dreams” this is presentation of short films that capture themes of Japanese 'fakelore' with dreamy and surreal scenes that showcase Kurosawa’s mastery of film.
