Watercolor & Oil Painting Exhibit by Joan Brown

Joan Brown is a retired California community college faculty member. She has more than 25 years' experience painting with oil and watercolor. She is currently co-president of The Painters Group (based out of San Luis Obispo), a board member of Central Coast Artists Collective, and a volunteer with Art Center Morro Bay. Joan loves painting the world around her and, as a birder, she especially loves to paint scenes and species from the Pacific flyway, bay, and estuary.
