Event Details

Join us for SLO Library Comix Fair 2025--a free, family-friendly event celebrating comics and comic books!

  • Meet with local comic book artists, illustrators, graphic novelists and our local comic book shop owners.
  • Participate in the kids' or adults' costume contest.
  • Listen to a short presentation by Scholastic author and illustrator Kane Lynch (Reel Life: A Graphic Novel.)
    Kane will be giving a comics talk with an activity: "Graphic Novel Storytelling."
  • Play Magic the Gathering during the second half of the Comix Fair (Bring your cards!).
