Hey Tweens! Are you looking to get involved in the library? Maybe start future tween programs? 

Look no further and join our San Luis Obispo Library's Tween Advisory Board, aka: Mighty Banana Club! 

Join comic book artist and author, Kane Lynch, for a fun-filled event with activities!  There will be a live book reading of their recently published graphic novel, Reel Life and Q and A with the author! 

Join us at the Cambria Library every Saturday at 2pm for a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) related craft or activity and fun movie! 

All films are rated PG.  

Kids ages 5-11 are invited to engineer, build, and create with Legos. All bricks provided by the library.

The main SLO Library is holding a monthly Children's and Teen's Book Swap! Come on by and swap some books and find new treasures!

The second Friday of the month is movie day at the library!  Come and enjoy a family friendly matinee on the big screen in the program room.   

Join us for a party to kick off our Summer Reading Program at Cambria Library! Curiosities, all day crafts, and fortune telling await!   

Start the summer with some fresh new fits and exchange the clothes you're tired of for new ones! Modify or mend the clothes you have with our sewing machine, or hangout and enjoy some snacks!

Lunch at the Library

Kids (age 0-18) can enjoy a free lunch in the San Miguel Park* every Wednesday at 12pm, PLUS a fun activity starting at 1pm. We'll be on the picnic tables under the shade.

May the force be with you at the library this summer! Join us for an afternoon of trivia, crafts, games and more. Star Wars costumes and t-shirts are encouraged! Be there or be a stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf-herder.
